NHF has developed a Positive Health Disruptor Fellowship to support the growth and development of promising Thai health professionals who demonstrate leadership potential for transformational systems-level impact.
The Disruptor Fellowship provides selected Fellows with the following:

- Mentorship- NHF matches Fellows with experienced health professionals for mentorship and professional guidance
- Collective Learning- NHF provides learning activities and other opportunities for Fellows to exchange knowledge, skills, and experiences with other Fellows and mentors
- Experts and Partners- NHF provides opportunities for Fellows to connect and collaborate with field experts and organizations in various health system areas
- Funding and Resources- NHF provides Fellows with various support for project development, including in the form of funding, workspace, and more
